First Steps

During the start of the WolfVision Connectivity software, the application searches for available Visualizers on your USB ports and over your Ethernet / LAN port. If a Visualizer is detected, you are instantly able to capture, save and print pictures from this device. Also with the built-in remote control most of the Visualizer functions can be controlled.

There is also a TWAIN / WIA driver provided which allows to capture pictures directly from any graphics program and with the Video Capture Driver a Visualizer can be used as video source for third party applications.

If more than one Visualizer is connected to the computer, the currently used Visualizer can be changed with the "Connect to..." menu item.

When "Autosave Picture / Start Autosave Pictures" is activated, the application stores pictures automatically on your hard disk every time a specified trigger event occurs (settings can be found in the "Preferences..." dialog box).

With the tool bar buttons, you can capture a picture (Still Image or Continuous View), save the captured picture, print the captured picture, show / hide the remote control window, start movie recording and stop movie recording.

Status information messages are displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the main window.
